Permanent Metal Roofing Solutions

    Proven to last a lifetime.

No Project Too Big Or Too Small

Pictured to the left is a Decra Villa Tile roof system that was installed in Lady Lake, FL by Lake Roofing Systems. The Villa Tile is the only rolled formed stone coated steel panel that is offered in the roofing industry today. It allows the steel to be formed into a higher and true barrel tile appearance. This panel is designed as a hidden fastener metal roof system with screws penetrating the back of the panel and overlapped by the front of the next panel.

This product is extremely durable, having a steel core that is hot dipped into an Aluminum-Zinc Coating. It is then primed with acrylic base coats and flooded with ceramic coated stone granules with an acrylic over-glaze to finish.

This Church will never again have to consider the short lifespan of concrete tile or clay tile roofs that fracture easily over time and absorb moisture and heat. Decra Villa Tile only weighs around 1.5 lbs per sqft installed in comparison to 8-10 lbs per sqft like concrete tile. It is a permanent roofing solution that reflects heat naturally and in return lowers energy costs.

Decra has a Class 4 hail impact resistance, a Class A fire rating, is freeze and thaw resistant and has a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers wind speeds up to 120 mph. However we install the product to much higher wind uplifts based on project location.

We’ve Been Roofing  Stone Coated Steel For 19 Years

Stone coated steel can be installed directly to a plywood deck. Ideally a high temperature Peel & Stick Membrane is most efficient as a secondary water barrier. In most cases the roofing system can be installed with or without battens.  Horizontal battens with vertical counter battens are also an option. Metal reflects heat naturally and when a batten system is used it will provide for excellent air insulation and also let the roof breathe, which in return produces energy savings for the homeowner.

Permanent Metal Roof Systems for Condominiums and Town Homes

We can help.

The cost of yearly roofing reserves for communities with temporary roof systems like asphalt shingles or concrete tiles is an expensive, never ending headache. Permanent metal roof systems will reduce the yearly roofing reserve fund that is required in homeowners associations dues for maintenance or future roof replacement. Investing in a quality metal roof will lower energy bills and with a covering keep massive amounts of debris out of our landfills and be the last roof you will have to put on.
